Infrastructure

ISK Tirol is embedded in the city campus of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein next to the town park in the centre of Kufstein.

Buildings &
Infrastructure

The students will benefit from a very modern learning environment in the newly built third phase of the campus of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein, inaugurated in October 2013. The classrooms and the administrative offices of the school are located on the 3rd floor of the building. Newly equipped laboratories for the science subjects are located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor.

Additionally, the gym, located on the ground floor, provides opportunities for a large range of sports and exercise activities.

In addition, students can use a number of the facilities belonging to the University of Applied Sciences, e.g. the cafeteria, library and service center.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria is situated in the first building of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein. The cafeteria with its cafe or bistro atmosphere provides more than enough space for ISK Tirol students.

The variety of the food and drinks offered ranges from different varieties of coffee and cold snacks to freshly cooked meals. Additionally, there is a salad bar which provides fresh and seasonal salads and completes the healthy nutritional food offered in this cafeteria.

Between 8 am and 2 pm this self-service restaurant acts as a retreat for university students, teaching staff, employees, visitors and soon also ISK students. Part of the cafeteria stays open until 9 pm. Additionally, several vending machines for hot and cold drinks and small snacks are available in all three buildings of the University of Applied Sciences.

Great importance is placed on a fair price policy for the students. The cafeteria tries to include regional products and to conserve resources when it comes to logistics.

Library

The library of the University of Applied Sciences can also be used by ISK Tirol students. The library stock comprises of 20.000 Books, over 160.000 E-Books, 89 print- and nearly 30.000 academic journals.
