IB Middle Years Programme in the focus of the exchange

ISK Tirol visited Bavarian International School

On the way to accreditation for the IB Middle Years Programme, another important trip was on the agenda for an ISK delegation at the end of March.
The destination was the Haimhausen campus of the Bavarian International School (BIS) near Munich. About 1,200 students from 60 nations are taught at BIS. It is the only school in Germany to offer all four IB programmes (PYP, MYP, DP and CP).

Accordingly, a lot of new knowledge and important impressions were taken back to Kufstein. Especially the personal exchange with the experienced IB experts and the classroom visits left a lasting impression.

The delegation team would like to thank Brett Meuli, middle school principal at BIS, and his team for the warm welcome in Munich, the interesting exchange and the agreed further cooperation steps, such as a working visit of BIS MYP teachers in Kufstein.
