The International School Tirol is in its second year of the EU Ambassador Programme, and enthusiasm for the programme at our school is high. Our Junior group has grown from 9 to 24 members this year. The students come from different upper school classes and have qualified internally with letters of motivation.
They have mastered their first task with flying colours and redesigned our EU Info Point. Here you will find posters they created themselves on current topics, information about the EU in general, as well as certificates and photos from our Erasmus+ activities that have taken place in recent months.
The EU Info Point was inaugurated during the Erasmus+ Days on 13 October 2025. It is located in a central location in our school building, visible and accessible to everyone.
The second task for our Juniors was to participate in the first Euroscola meeting on 10 October 2025, which our Juniors were able to experience online. They had the opportunity to ask a question directly to Andrey Kovatchev, Deputy Chairman of the European People's Party.
‘How can the European Union ensure that freedom of speech remains a fundamental right, especially in times of violence in the political sector?’ The video can be viewed on the Euroscola Instagram page (@euroscola).
