The ISK Spring Pop Concerts turned the School’s Festsaal into a vibrant stage for young talent from April 20 to 22, 2026. Over three evenings, students from grades 5 through 10 delivered a dynamic mix of pop favorites, current chart hits, and custom ensemble arrangements, earning standing ovations from the audience.
The three concerts have matured into student‑run events. Not only do the students want to perform, but they also took care of the programmes, the moderating, the ushering, the catering, and the Year 9s even organised a tombola. Their commitment behind the scenes ensured a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests.
From the atmospheric opening to the joint finales, the performers impressed with musicality, stage presence, and teamwork. Solo spots alternated with band and choir features, while brief introductions ensured a seamless flow.
“These concerts showed how powerfully music connects our school across grade levels,” music teacher George Humphrey summarized. “Our students took the stage with passion and professionalism.”
Parents, friends, and music lovers from Kufstein filled the hall to the last seat and contributed to the special atmosphere with enthusiastic applause.
The International School Kufstein extends its thanks to everyone on and behind the stage — from musicians to technical and stage crews to the organizing team—for their dedication. Buoyed by this success, the school is already looking forward to the next musical highlights on the calendar.
